dc has a massive month long art festival every summer. artomatic. its an incredible mix of galleries, live performances, and film screenings. some of it is pure garbage, and the artists stand awkwardly by their pieces and give you a card as you pass. they rented out an unfinished office building in south east and filled the entire thing with art. so with nine stories crammed with local artists...

no scallion pancakes in dc.
